The SBR20A100CT is a dual common-cathode Super Barrier rectifier diode array from Diodes Incorporated. Each diode is rated for a maximum DC blocking voltage of 100 V and an average rectified current of 10 A. The forward voltage is 750 mV maximum at 10 A, and reverse leakage is 100 µA at 100 V. The device features fast recovery with a maximum reverse recovery time of 500 ns at >200 mA.
This diode array uses Super Barrier technology, which provides low forward voltage drop and fast switching performance. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C. The device is lead-free and halogen-free.
The SBR20A100CT is housed in a through-hole TO-220-3 package with a common cathode configuration. It is suitable for high-efficiency power conversion and freewheeling diode applications.
