The SBR2060CTFP is a 20A, 60V Super Barrier Rectifier Array manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It consists of two diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 10A average rectified current. The device utilizes patented Super Barrier Rectifier technology, offering low forward voltage drop (700mV at 10A) and excellent high temperature stability. It is designed for fast recovery applications with reverse recovery time less than 500ns. The non-repetitive surge current rating is 150A at 8.3ms single half sine-wave. The device is housed in an ITO-220AB full pack isolated tab package, suitable for through-hole mounting. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and matte tin finish over copper leadframe. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. This component is RoHS compliant and available in a halogen-free green molding compound version (SBR2060CTFP-G). Typical applications include power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diodes.
