The Diodes Incorporated SBR20100CTP is a Super Barrier Rectifier designed for high reliability applications. It features a low forward voltage drop and soft, fast switching capabilities, characteristic of Schottky barrier chips.
This rectifier has a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified output current of 10A per leg, or 20A total. The non-repetitive peak forward surge current is 150A. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C.
The component is housed in an ITO-220S package with an electrically isolated heat sink tab. The terminals are finished in matte tin over a copper leadframe. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability and has UL approval.
