The SBR160S23-7 is a Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low forward voltage drop and high temperature stability. This rectifier features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified output current of 900mA. The forward voltage is typically 530mV at 750mA, and the device offers fast reverse recovery time of 500ns. Junction capacitance is 19pF at 25V.
Packaged in a surface mount SOT-23 case with matte tin plated terminals, the SBR160S23-7 is supplied in tape and reel packaging of 3000 units per reel. The molded plastic case material is green and meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Moisture sensitivity is Level 1 per J-STD-020.
