The SBR15U50SP5-13 is a 15A, 50V Super Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-efficiency rectification in power conversion applications. Utilizing Super Barrier technology, it provides a very low forward voltage drop of 0.52V maximum at 15A, minimizing conduction losses and improving thermal performance. The device exhibits fast recovery characteristics (<500ns), making it suitable for switching frequencies up to several hundred kHz.
Key electrical ratings include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V, average rectified current of 15A, and non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 256A.
