The SBR140S1F-7 is a single rectifier diode using Diodes Incorporated's patented Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) technology. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 510mV at 1A forward current, minimizing conduction losses. Reverse leakage current is limited to 0.1mA at the rated reverse voltage.
This device offers fast recovery speed (≤500ns at >200mA), making it suitable for high-frequency rectification applications such as boost diodes and blocking diodes in power supplies.
