The SBR10U45SP5-13 is a 10A, 45V Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) using patented SBR technology from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for bypass diodes in solar panels and other high-reliability rectification applications.
Electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V, average rectified output current of 10A, and a forward voltage drop of 470mV at 10A. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 275A (8.3ms half sine-wave) and has a repetitive peak avalanche power rating of 30,000W. The junction temperature range is -65°C to +150°C under standard conditions, with higher ratings up to +200°C in certain modes.
The part is offered in a surface-mount PowerDI5 package with matte tin annealed over copper leadframe termination. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and antimony-free (green device). Moisture sensitivity is Level 1 per J-STD-020. Standard packaging is 5,000 units per reel on tape and reel.
