The SBR10U200P5-13 is a 10A, 200V Super Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, utilizing patented SBR technology to deliver low forward voltage and high temperature stability. With a maximum forward voltage of 880 mV at 10A and 25°C, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.1 mA at rated voltage, it offers efficient rectification for power supply designs. The device supports an operating junction temperature up to 175°C and features fast, soft switching with a reverse recovery time of less than 500 ns.
Packaged in the compact PowerDI5 surface mount package, this rectifier is designed for space-constrained applications. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 5000 pieces. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and meets MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020.
Typical applications include bridge diodes, freewheeling diodes, blocking diodes, and reverse protection diodes. The low forward voltage drop reduces power loss, making it suitable for high-efficiency circuits. The high temperature capability allows operation in harsh environments.
