The SBR10E45P5-7 is a 10A, 45V Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) from Diodes Incorporated. It utilizes patented SBR technology to achieve an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 470mV at 10A, minimizing power losses in high-efficiency applications. The device also offers excellent reverse leakage stability at elevated temperatures, with a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.28mA at 25°C. This rectifier is ideal for use in AC-DC adaptors/chargers above 10W and DC-DC converters. It is packaged in the thermally efficient PowerDI5 surface mount package, which has a low profile of less than 1.1mm, making it suitable for thin applications. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and matte tin finish terminals. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free (Green), and MSL Level 1.
