The SBR10E45P5-13 is a 10A, 45V Super Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, utilizing patented SBR technology to deliver an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 0.47V at 10A. This helps minimize power losses in high-efficiency designs.
It offers excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures, with a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.28mA at 45V and 25°C. The device is housed in a compact, thermally efficient PowerDI5 surface mount package with a profile under 1.1mm, making it suitable for thin applications.
The part is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and rated MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020. It is ideal for use in AC-DC adapters, chargers, and DC-DC converters.
