The SBR1045SP5-13 is a 10A, 45V Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high efficiency power conversion applications. It utilizes patented SBR technology to achieve a low forward voltage drop of 550mV at 10A, reducing conduction losses. The device is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 200°C, ensuring high thermal reliability.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum reverse current of 0.45mA at 45V and 25°C, and a typical junction capacitance of 500pF at 4V and 1MHz. The rectifier is suitable for SMPS, DC-DC converters, and freewheeling diode applications, and is specifically designed as bypass diodes for solar panels.
