The SBR1045D1-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a 10A, 45V Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) that combines the low forward voltage of Schottky diodes with the high temperature stability and low leakage of conventional PN-junction diodes. It features a patented Super Barrier Rectifier technology that enables soft, fast switching with low EMI.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum average rectified output current of 10A at a case temperature of 140°C, and a typical forward voltage of 0.48V at 10A and 25°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 90A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). Reverse leakage current is limited to 50µA at 45V and 25°C.
The rectifier is housed in a TO-252 (DPAK) surface mount package with matte tin finish and a molded plastic case rated UL 94V-0. It is RoHS compliant, halogen free (Green molding compound), and has an MSL rating of Level 1 (unlimited). The part is also qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive applications (Q-suffix variant available).
