The SBR10100CTFP from Diodes Incorporated is a 10-amp, 100-volt super barrier rectifier array in a through-hole ITO-220AB package. It contains a pair of common-cathode diodes, each rated for 5A average rectified current, with a total current capability of 10A. The device features a maximum forward voltage of 0.8V at 5A per leg and a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.1mA at 100V and 25°C. It is classified as a fast recovery rectifier with recovery time ≤500ns at >200mA. The junction operating temperature ranges from -65°C to 150°C.
The super barrier technology provides superior avalanche capability compared to standard Schottky diodes, enabling more rugged and reliable operation. Typical applications include output rectification in DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and blocking diodes in AC-DC adapters. The device is housed in a molded plastic ITO-220AB case with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Terminations are matte tin over copper leadframe, solderable per MIL-STD-202 Method 208.
