The SBR02U100LP-7 is a surface mount super barrier rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, utilizing patented Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) technology. It offers an ultra low forward voltage drop of 800 mV typical at 200 mA, along with soft, fast switching capability classified as fast recovery (≤500ns, >200mA). The device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100 V and an average rectified current of 250 mA, with a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 5 A (8.3ms half sine-wave).
