The SBR0240LPW-7B is a surface-mount Super Barrier Rectifier using patented SBR technology from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for applications requiring low forward voltage drop and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V, an average rectified output current of 200mA, and a maximum forward voltage of 0.59V at 200mA and 25°C. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 3.8ns and a non-repetitive peak surge current rating of 5A.
Packaged in the compact X1-DFN1006-2 (SWP) (Type C) package with side wall plating, the component weighs only 0.854mg. It supports surface-mount assembly and is compatible with standard reflow soldering processes. The termination finish is matte tin, solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208.
This rectifier is ideal for use in DC-DC converters, AC-DC adaptors, freewheeling diode circuits, and blocking diode applications. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and rated MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020. The operating temperature range spans from -65°C to 150°C, making it suitable for a wide variety of environments.
