The SBL1030 is a 10A Schottky Barrier Rectifier with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V, manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It utilizes a Schottky barrier chip with guard ring die construction for transient protection, ensuring reliable operation in high-frequency applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.60V at 10A and 25°C, and a maximum peak reverse current of 1.0mA at 25°C and 50mA at 100°C. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 250A (8.3ms half sine-wave). Typical junction capacitance is 700pF at 4V reverse bias.
This rectifier is designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C and has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 3.5°C/W when mounted on a heatsink.
