The SBG1040CT is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It contains two diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 10A average rectified current at a case temperature of 95°C. The device offers a maximum DC blocking voltage of 40V and a low forward voltage drop of 0.55V at 5A per element.
This diode array features a fast recovery speed of less than 500ns and a high non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 125A, making it suitable for applications requiring high current capability and transient protection. The typical total capacitance is 275pF at 1MHz and 4V reverse bias.
