The SBAV99LT1G is a dual series switching diode from On Semiconductor. It consists of two diodes connected in series, suitable for high-speed switching applications.
Each diode has a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a forward current of 215mA. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 6ns, making it ideal for high-frequency circuits. Forward voltage is typically 1.25V at 150mA. The repetitive peak reverse voltage is 100V.
The device is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59). It has a maximum power dissipation of 225mW on FR-5 board and 300mW on alumina substrate. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
The SBAV99LT1G is Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. It is suitable for general-purpose switching and logic-level shifting in various electronic circuits.
