The SBAT54XV2T1G is a Schottky barrier diode from onsemi designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current of 200mA. The diode features extremely low forward voltage, typically 0.35V at 10mA, which reduces conduction loss. Reverse recovery time is a maximum of 5ns, enabling fast switching. The device is housed in a miniature SOD-523 surface-mount package, making it suitable for handheld and portable electronics where board space is limited. It is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant.
