The SBAT54SLT1G is a dual series Schottky barrier diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for high speed switching applications. It consists of two Schottky diodes connected in series, with a maximum reverse voltage rating of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The device exhibits very low forward voltage, with typical values ranging from 0.22V at 0.1mA to 0.52V at 100mA, minimizing conduction loss. It also features a fast reverse recovery time of 5 ns and low total capacitance of 7.6 pF typical, making it suitable for high frequency circuits.
The diode array is housed in a compact surface mount SOT-23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59), which is ideal for space-constrained designs. It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a maximum power dissipation of 225mW at 25°C.
Typical applications include circuit protection, voltage clamping, and high speed switching in portable and handheld devices. The device is qualified for automotive use with AEC-Q101 certification and is Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
