The SBAT54CTT1G from On Semiconductor is a dual common cathode Schottky barrier diode array designed for high-speed switching, circuit protection, and voltage clamping applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a maximum forward current of 200mA, with extremely low forward voltage of 0.35V typical at 10mA forward current. The device has a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns and low total capacitance of 7.6pF typical, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
The diode array is housed in a miniature SC-75 (SOT-416) surface mount package, which is ideal for space-constrained handheld and portable electronics. It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and a storage temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 555°C/W on an FR-4 board, and the maximum power dissipation is 225mW with derating above 25°C.
The SBAT54CTT1G is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. It is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free/BFR Free, meeting current environmental standards. The dual diode configuration with common cathode enables efficient PCB layout for applications such as polarity protection, DC-DC converter snubbing, and logic level shifting.
