The SBAT54CLT1G is a dual common cathode Schottky barrier diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It features extremely low forward voltage, typically 0.35V at 10mA forward current, which reduces conduction loss. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a forward DC current of 200mA. Reverse recovery time is 5ns maximum, and typical total capacitance is 7.6pF at 1V reverse bias.
The device is packaged in a compact surface-mount SOT-23-3 (TO-236) package, making it suitable for hand-held and portable applications where space is limited. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The S prefix indicates automotive qualification; the device is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable.
