The SBAT54AWT1G is a Schottky barrier diode array from On Semiconductor, consisting of two Schottky diodes in a common anode configuration. Designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. The extremely low forward voltage reduces conduction loss. Typical forward voltage is 0.22V at 0.1mA, 0.29V at 1mA, 0.35V at 10mA, 0.41V at 30mA, and 0.52V at 100mA. Maximum forward voltage at 100mA is 0.80V. Typical reverse leakage current at 25V is 0.2µA, maximum 2.0µA. Reverse recovery time is 5ns. Total capacitance is typically 7.6pF at 1V.
This diode array is housed in a miniature surface mount SC-70 (SOT-323) package with a supplier device package of SC-70-3 (SOT323). It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The part is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant. Typical applications include high-speed switching in handheld and portable devices where space is limited.
