The SBAT54ALT1G is a Schottky barrier diode array from onsemi, featuring two diodes in a common anode configuration. It is designed for high speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. The device offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a maximum forward current of 200mA DC. Forward voltage is typically 0.35V at 10mA and 0.52V at 100mA, with maximum values of 0.40V and 0.80V respectively. Reverse recovery time is a fast 5 ns. Total capacitance is 10 pF maximum at 1V and 1MHz. The array is housed in a surface mount SOT-23-3 (TO-236) package, rated for operating junction and storage temperatures from -55°C to 150°C. The device is Pb-free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
