The SBAS40-06LT1G is a common anode Schottky barrier diode array from onsemi, designed for high speed switching applications. It consists of two Schottky diodes with a common anode configuration in a miniature SOT-23-3 surface mount package.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a forward continuous current of 120mA. Forward voltage is typically 380mV at 1mA, 500mV at 10mA, and 1.0V at 40mA.
