The SBAS40-04LT1G is a dual series Schottky barrier diode from onsemi designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a forward continuous current rating of 120mA. The device offers extremely low forward voltage, with a typical value of 380mV at 1mA and 500mV at 10mA, reducing conduction loss in low-voltage circuits.
This diode array is housed in a miniature SOT-23-3 (TO-236) surface-mount package, making it suitable for handheld and portable electronics where board space is limited. The part is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant.
