The SBAS21DW5T3G is a dual independent high voltage switching diode array from ON Semiconductor, designed for general purpose switching and rectification applications. It contains two standard diodes with a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 250V and a continuous forward current of 200mA.
Each diode offers a maximum forward voltage of 1.25V at 200mA and a reverse leakage current of 100nA at 200V. The reverse recovery time is a fast 50ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 2A and a repetitive peak forward current of 0.6A.
Thermally, the SBAS21DW5T3G operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a maximum power dissipation of 385mW when mounted on an FR-5 board. It is also rated for electrostatic discharge up to 500V HBM and 400V MM.
The part is supplied in a surface mount SC-88A (SC-70-5/SOT-353) package. It is RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free/BFR Free, with an MSL 1 rating.
