The SB80W06T-H is a monolithic dual Schottky barrier diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for high-frequency rectification in switching regulators, converters, and choppers. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with a maximum reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified current of 4A per diode (8A total).
The device offers a low forward voltage of 600mV at 3A and a typical junction capacitance of 130pF, enabling efficient switching with low noise. It is rated for operation from -55°C to 150°C and has a typical thermal resistance of 6°C/W from junction to case.
The SB80W06T-H is housed in a through-hole TP package (TO-251-3 short leads, IPak, TO-251AA) and is supplied in bags of 500 pieces. It is halogen free compliant as stated in the datasheet.
The maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) is 60V.
The maximum forward voltage is 600mV at a forward current of 3A and a junction temperature of 25°C.
The SB80W06T-H is available in a through-hole TP package, which is also known as TO-251-3 Short Leads, IPak, or TO-251AA.
The average rectified current is 4A per diode at a case temperature of 130°C with a resistive load.
The maximum reverse leakage current is 100µA at a reverse voltage of 30V and a junction temperature of 25°C.
