The SB320-E3/54 is a Schottky barrier plastic rectifier diode from Vishay, designed for low voltage high frequency applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 20 V and an average forward rectified current of 3 A.
Electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 490 mV at 3 A, fast switching speed with reverse recovery time less than 500 ns, and high surge capability of 120 A peak forward surge current. Reverse leakage current is 0.5 mA at 25 °C and 20 mA at 100 °C.
The device is housed in a DO-201AD axial leaded through-hole package, suitable for solder dip at 275 °C max. 10 s. Operating junction temperature range is -65 °C to 150 °C.
