The SB2003M-TL-W is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor, rated for 30V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 2A average output current. It utilizes Schottky technology for low forward voltage and fast switching.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 0.40V to 0.45V at 1A and 0.45V to 0.50V at 2A, with a low reverse current of 30 µA max at 15V. The diode exhibits a typical reverse recovery time of 20 ns and a junction capacitance of 75 pF, enabling high-frequency operation with low switching noise.
The device is housed in a surface mount MCPH6 package (also known as SC-88, SC-70-6, SOT-363) with flat leads and a low profile of 0.85 mm.
