The SB140 is a Schottky rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current rating of 1A. The forward voltage drop is 500mV maximum at 1A forward current, enabling efficient operation. The diode offers fast recovery with a reverse recovery time of less than 500ns. Junction capacitance is typically 110pF at 4V reverse bias and 1MHz.
