The SB1250 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Diotec Semiconductor, designed for medium-power rectification applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 50V and an average forward current (IFAV) of 12A at 50°C ambient temperature.
The diode offers a low forward voltage drop, with a typical value of 0.30V at 5A and a maximum of 0.45V (test condition unspecified). Maximum leakage current is 500µA at rated voltage and 25°C. It can handle peak forward surge currents up to 280A (50Hz) or 320A (60Hz). Junction capacitance is typically 720pF at 4V reverse bias.
