The SB1100-T is a 1.0A high voltage Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for low voltage, high frequency applications such as inverters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection. The device features a guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automatic assembly.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 100V, average rectified current of 1.0A at 85°C lead temperature, and a forward voltage of 0.80V at 1A.
