The SB10-05P is a Schottky barrier diode designed for high frequency rectification in switching regulators, converters, and choppers. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50 V and an average output current of 1 A. The forward voltage is rated at a maximum of 550 mV at 1 A, contributing to low conduction losses.
With a maximum reverse recovery time of 10 ns, the diode supports fast switching applications with minimal switching noise. Low leakage current is ensured by a reliable planar structure. The device is RoHS3 compliant and Pb-free.
The SB10-05P is supplied in a surface mount TO-243AA (SOT-89/PCP-1) package with TD packing type. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
