The SB01-05C-TB-E is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high-frequency rectification in switching regulators, converters, and choppers. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50V and an average output current of 100mA.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 0.55V at 100mA, a reverse recovery time of 10ns, and a low leakage current of 15µA at 25V. The junction temperature range is -55 to +125°C. Typical thermal resistance is 560°C/W (junction-to-ambient) or 410°C/W when mounted on a copper-foiled area of 16mm².
The diode is housed in a surface-mount CP package (SC-59, TO-236, SOT-23) and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The device is lead-free (Pb Free) and RoHS compliant (unverified). Its small size and fast switching make it suitable for low-power rectification applications.
