The SB007-03Q-TL-E is a Schottky barrier diode from onsemi designed for high-frequency rectification applications such as switching regulators, converters, and choppers. It offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V and an average output current of 70mA.
The diode features a low forward voltage of 0.55V at 70mA, a fast reverse recovery time of 10ns, and low switching noise. Its reverse current is limited to 5μA at 15V reverse voltage, and interterminal capacitance is typically 3.0pF at 10V and 1MHz.
