The SB007-03C-TB-E is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor designed for high frequency rectification applications such as switching regulators, converters, and choppers. It offers a low forward voltage of 550mV maximum at 70mA, a fast reverse recovery time of 10ns, and low switching noise. The diode features a highly reliable planar structure that ensures low leakage current (5µA at 15V) and high reliability.
Key electrical ratings include a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V, nonrepetitive peak reverse surge voltage of 35V, and an average rectified current of 70mA. The device can handle a surge forward current of 2A (50Hz sine wave, 1 cycle). Junction temperature range is -55 to +125°C.
The SB007-03C-TB-E is housed in a surface mount CP package, which is compatible with SOT-23, SC-59, and TO-236 footprints. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging (embossed taping) with a standard quantity of 3,000 pieces per reel. Thermal resistance is 620°C/W for standard mounting and 430°C/W when mounted on a Cu-foiled area of 16mm² on glass epoxy board.
