The Littelfuse SACB6.0 is a 500W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It is part of the SACB series and is housed in a surface mount DO-214AA (SMB) package.
