The Bourns SA77SB0 is a miniature thermal cutoff (TCO) breaker from the SA Series, designed for overtemperature and overcurrent protection in battery cell applications. It features a rated functioning temperature of 77°C ±5°C and resets when the ambient temperature drops to a minimum of 40°C.
Electrically, the device is rated for 25 A at 9 V DC for 6000 cycles and can break up to 60 A at 5 V DC for 100 cycles. The maximum voltage rating is 28 V DC at 25 A. It has a maximum leakage current of 200 mA at 25°C and a maximum resistance of 7 mΩ. The minimum holding voltage is 3 V at 25°C.
