The Vishay Dale SA7.0CA-E3/54 is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a 500 W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform and excellent clamping capabilities.
