The Vishay Dale SA51A-E3/54 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a 500W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform and a working peak reverse voltage of 51V.
This TVS diode has excellent clamping capabilities and a very fast response time, making it suitable for protecting ICs, MOSFETs, and signal lines in consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication applications.
