This TVS diode has a working voltage range of 5.0V to 170V and a breakdown voltage range of 6.4V to 209V. Its clamping voltage is 9.2V at a peak pulse current of 54.3A. The device offers excellent clamping capability and a very fast response time, with low incremental surge resistance.

 

Packaged in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial package, the SA5.0CA-E3/54 is suitable for through-hole mounting. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C (TJ).
