The SA3230 is a male pin insert from Bulgin's Mini Buccaneer series of circular power connectors. It features 3 positions (2 power contacts plus a leading earth contact) with screw termination and nickel-plated contacts. The insert is rated for 10A at 250VAC and has an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C. When mated with a compatible shell, the connector achieves IP68 protection, tested at 10m depth for 2 weeks. The insert is keyed to prevent mis-mating and is made from UL94 V-0 rated material. It is designed for use with Bulgin's PX0800 series flex, inline, or panel mounting bodies. The insert is sold separately and requires a shell for operation. It also meets EN60068-2-52 salt mist test for marine severity level 1.
