The SA150CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 150V and a maximum clamping voltage of 243V, capable of handling 500W peak pulse power under a 10/1000μs waveform. The device offers a fast response time of less than 1.0ps and provides ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2.
