The Littelfuse SA14A is a 500W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 14V, a breakdown voltage of 15.6V, and a clamping voltage of 23.2V at a peak pulse current of 22A.
This device is housed in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package and is intended for through-hole mounting. It offers fast response time (typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage) and excellent clamping capability. The SA14A is RoHS3 compliant, halogen free, and lead free.
