The SA130A is a 500W transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for general-purpose overvoltage protection. It is a unidirectional device with a reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) of 130V and a breakdown voltage range of 144V to 159V at a test current of 1mA. The clamping voltage is 209V at a peak pulse current of 2.4A, tested on a 10/1000 µs waveform.
This TVS diode features a glass passivated junction for reliability and fast response time, typically less than 1.0 ps from 0V to breakdown for unidirectional types.
