The SA12C is a 500W bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a maximum clamping voltage of 20.9V.
With a peak pulse current rating of 25.6A (10/1000µs waveform) and fast response time under 1.0ps, it provides robust transient suppression. Typical reverse leakage current is less than 1µA when breakdown voltage exceeds 13V.
