The Harwin S9101-46R is a surface mount pin receptacle designed for accepting round pins from 1.10mm to 1.80mm diameter and square pins from 1.10mm to 1.40mm. It features a clip tail type and is constructed from phosphor bronze with a tin finish over a nickel underlayer.
This receptacle is rated for a maximum current of 9A when used with a 1.10mm pin. Contact resistance is typically 2.67mΩ before and after 50 cycles. Insertion force ranges from 2.8N maximum with a 1.10mm pin to 6.0N maximum with a 1.80mm pin, with minimum withdrawal forces of 0.3N and 0.5N respectively. Durability is rated for 100 operations.
Operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C. The component is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 800 pieces per reel, meeting EIA-481-2 standards. The reel includes a minimum 400mm leader and 160mm trailer.
