Memory architecture uses a 16-bit unified memory interface for SDRAM. Peripheral interfaces include UART, I2S, I2C, SPDIF, IR, SPI, GPIO, and USB 2.0 OTG. Memory card support covers MstickPro, SDC, MMC, NAND, xD, and CF. The device also integrates a 10-bit ADC for touch-screen control, a 3-channel 10-bit video DAC, 5-channel timer with PWM, and 3 PLLs for clock generation.
