Standard recovery type with a typical junction capacitance of 40pF at 4V, the S3M-13-F is ideal for general purpose rectification, power supply input stages, and freewheeling diode applications. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel, suited for automated assembly.
